Black Angus Cattle

Description

Black Angus cattle (AKA Aberdeen Angus) are prime beef cows. A significant trait of the breed is they do not grow horns. Less risk during handling. I can tell you from personal experience they are very strong. My friend and I were treating his herd for "pink eye". We had a huge cow in the "squeeze shute", Jim applied the meds while I put a "twitch" on the nose. The twitch is used as a distraction. It didn't work, the cow swung her head and I landed about 20 feet away. I weighed about 250 pounds.
